Acoustic Plaster

The surface that
absorbs the room

Acoustic plaster does what tiles and panels can’t: it disappears into your design. The finish reads as monolithic plaster. The room reads as quiet.

How We Work

Craft with
technical depth

Decorative and acoustic plaster requires two skill sets that rarely live in the same firm: the hand-skill to execute what you design, and the technical depth to make sure it performs.

Pre-Design

Substrate audit

We review structural drawings and visit site before a finish is specified. Substrate type, movement joints, moisture exposure, and MEP coordination all affect which system performs, and which fails.

Step 1 of 6

Request a Consultation
The finish that gets built should be the finish you specified, not its closest available substitute.

Specification Integrity

Your vision shouldn’t get
negotiated away at bid.

Decorative and acoustic plaster is a specialized specification, and a vulnerable one. Without the right language in your documents, contractors substitute.

Design Development

Senza enters your project

Substrate review, system selection, acoustic modeling, preliminary specification language drafted.

Construction Documents

Specification locked

Performance specs, approved products, mock-up requirements, substitution language: all in your bid set before it goes out.

Bidding

No substitutions

Clear language eliminates the loopholes contractors use to value-engineer finishes out.

Construction Administration

Intent preserved on site

On-site for mock-up review, RFI responses, and final inspection. The finish you designed is the finish installed.
