How We Work
A project manager’s job is to protect the schedule, the budget, and the lease commencement date. Our process is designed around those three constraints.
Pre-Mobilization
We visit the site before mobilization to assess substrate condition, MEP clearances, temperature and humidity history, and existing finish conflicts. Written report within five business days. No on-site surprises.

| Factor | Painted Drywall | Senza Plaster |
|---|---|---|
| Repainting cycle | Every 3 to 5 years in high-traffic areas | Repaint only when desired, not required |
| Damage repair | Patch + blend + full repaint to match | Localized patch with no visible evidence |
| Rebrand / recolor | Full repaint required, prep sanding | Topcoat over existing system, no removal |
| Acoustic performance | None: drywall is acoustically inert | NRC 0.75 to 1.00+ integrated in finish layer |
| End-of-life upgrade | Drywall replacement required | New topcoat over existing system |
| WELL / LEED contribution | None: standard paint has no value | WELL acoustic credits, LEED material credits |
Typical commercial lobbies show a 15 to 20 year maintenance cost advantage for plaster over painted drywall.
